Scott and the Neuman Team were terrific in our recent condo sale in downtown SD while we were away in Europe. Scott was amazing in his working with us via e-mails, DocuSign, and phone calls even with the time difference. He arranged for work to be done in the unit per the buyer's request, he suggested moving companies (the one we chose was terrific), he monitored the property to be sure work was done correctly and timely, and the entire Neuman Team worked seamlessly. This is the second time we have worked with Scott Steingrebe and The Neuman Team on a sale of a downtown property: once in 2020 and 2025/2026. Both times, Scott has been spectacular to work with.
