If you’re looking for a great realtor, look no further. Mike and his team are beyond. When my family and I first moved to SD we didn’t have a clue about where we should live. Mike was always willing to meet with us to discuss our needs and was available at the drop of a hat. He was never salesy. Very honest and professional! He also is a savvy negotiator and he has great relationships with other agents in the area who can speak to his professionalism! When we put in offer in on our now home (there were 6 or 7 offers) he went the extra mile to explain to the listing agent why we needed this home… he truly was integral in us getting in our home! We would highly recommend Mike and his team! We have also referred him to friends who say the same. He is also always dropping by saying hi and delivering special gifts… and you get a birthday card on your birthday! Very sweet touches.
