I lived at Ramona Terrace Estates for two years and had a great experience, largely because of Jenelle. She’s always been professional, friendly, and very responsive whenever anything came up. What really stood out was how incredible she was when I decided to sell my trailer. Jenelle went above and beyond throughout the entire process—she was knowledgeable, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. She was always available to answer questions and guide me every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares and takes that much pride in helping residents, even beyond day-to-day management. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone. Janelle is an exceptional and hardworking manager at the estate. She is consistently available and makes time to reach out, offering help with questions, park-related concerns, and even personal matters when needed. Despite her busy schedule, she is thoughtful and follows through to ensure nothing is overlooked. She is highly informative and always willing to share helpful resources or advice. I am very pleased with her performance and her dedication to making sure everything in the park is handled properly. Jenelle was top notch through the whole process of listing and selling. She worked with us to determine a realistic selling price and had a professional photographer take interior and exterior pictures. Jenelle worked closely with our buyers agent to keep the deal moving forward, there were many obstacles presented by the buyer and without Jenelle’s hard work and expertise we probably would have never closed.
