Unfortunately our situation was a rush rush! And Paul came in and was good with the number I was hoping for as well as clearing out the whole house with what we couldn't take. If you need to sell a house in a hurry with someone who cares about your emotions and your memories, Paul is your man! He was so incredibly kind. He even gave us a couple extra days after the closing to finish things up because it all happened so fast. Do not ever call those big box 'I buy ugly houses' guys. If you want someone that cares about you and your loved ones and your memories absolutely go with Paul! If you want more confirmation or information please call him and ask him for my number. My sister-in-law, Mona, was selling her home so she could move to Arizona to be closer to family. She didn’t know if she wanted to sell the traditional route or the buy-out way. Not knowing anything about the buy-out way - we called Paul. He came and met with us to explain his process. Paul was so polite ,courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave us his book and other reading material which was very helpful. Paul gave Mona a decent offer but just a day before we were going to accept his offer we go another offer that Mona couldn’t refuse. It broke my heart to call Paul and inform him that Mona went with someone else. Paul was very kind and understood that sometimes things go a different way. I hope this helps someone in their situation. If you are in doubt - call Paul.

I had been considering selling a rental property that has been in our family for years. I needed a place to start and chose Paul. He met with me and discussed options, encouraged me to get other opinions. Ultimately I decided to go with Paul and am happy with my decision. He was very professional and didn't put pressure to sell right now or to him. Escrow was closed in a very timely manner and he even agreed to handle everything with the current tenants! Thank you.

I was very pleased with the prompt attention and solid communication I received from Paul while going through our home selling process. We were offered a very fair price, especially considering my father's condition and inability to maintain the house to the high level he used to and some of the other offers he says he received. Paul even offered assistance in areas or advice in areas that were not directly related to the sale of the home. I would highly recommend him to you.
