Oh my! It has been a great opportunity to get my property listed, on Homecoin! No worries or the expense of listing with a real estate company. I’m older and have to worry about everything, and capital gains and a pricey commission to a real estate company was to much to bear! So grateful I found Homecoin! So grateful they have Tracy! My realtor with Homecoin is Tracy Dowling. She is a great realtor, very knowledgeable, and well seasoned in her career as such! Her manners were only topped by her patience and kindness! She always made me feel like I had a say in the process, never annoyed at my lack of experience and knowledge with this venue. Homecoin picked the best person to handle the job! She did it superbly! I used Homecoin to sell my mothers home for her. We used it as a way to mitigate a bulk of the normal Sell agent fees that one typically deals with. Homecoin's support team is very professional and extremely responsive to questions and helping. If someone is willing to roll up their sleeves to do the tasks of a selling agent to save on their home sale, Homecoin is the only way to go to get your listing on the MLS ! Jonathan(owner) has a number of different resources and articles on the broader process and what is needed. The Homecoin platform works well and all the texts/calls about the home came through and all the MLS changes i needed to execute flowed effortlessly with quick turn around. Very pleased and had great first time experience, generated a good bit of interest and sold in 1 week for over the asking price. Used only the flat fee MLS listing for $199 in PA. My only criticism is that the website could be more user friendly to move back through info as you are making your listing and to change details and see exactly what you are changing. I also couldn't change initial details via Change Request like room details, water/sewer details, etc, so best advice is to get everything right the first time as you enter it. After that it was easy to change photos and make some other changes, just not some of those initial details. My changes to photos updated on other main home sale sites right away with no issue. I also liked that I got a free fsbo listing on the homecoin url that I could share and post on social media, and it displayed my direct contact details. I also got a free comps report prior to listing. I got MLS listing proof at same time the listing went live, and there were multiple things that needed corrected including driving directions which had auto populated. I immediately called and spoke to a very helpful person who directed me to email the changes and they'd look for my email, and it was updated quickly. Was very easy and fast to get through on their phone number to customer service rep. Loved that within minutes of going live, I got an email to set up ShowingTime app, the primary app used by realtors and it was super easy to use to accept showings requests and was no extra charge. I purchased a combo lock box and for sale sign at Home Depot for much cheaper than through homecoin. When viewing on MLS and sites that pulled from it (zillow, realtor.com, Trulia, etc), my direct contact info appeared in private remarks viewable to realtors only, which worked very well as we wanted pre-qualified buyers represented by realtors who could move fast. Otherwise interested buyers could email or call homecoin and immediately I received their messages. Realtors easily pulled our signed disclosures from the MLS listing to include with their buyers' offers. I note an unnecessary oil rights disclosure was provided by homecoin to me along with the sellers disclosure, no idea why as the oil rights is not mandatory in PA. Emails were answered and Changes to the listing and status change were made within an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

Listing our property on the MLS using Homecoin.com has been a truly awesome experience! It only took me a few hours and a few emails and calls to customer support and then BAM! We had our property listed on the MLS here in Nashville and it looks Great! We paid $149 which is unbelievable and what's even more unbelievable is the quality of their customer support team. I honestly have not experienced this high level of customer support/care in many, many years. They were American, spoke perfect English, had both professionalism and kindness and they even have a sense of humor. Within about 30 minutes of our property going live on the MLS we got a call from a woman at Caldwell Banker with a no contingency offer from one of their clients. What can I say? People who pay realtors are gullible to put it nicely. Homecoin.com was suggested to me by ChatGPT which is kind of funny and chat even answered a few questions I had while filling out the online forms. Homecoin was the solution to our FSBO (For Sale By Owner) issue in Wisconsin, which requires a licensed agent to activate your listing on the MLS in order to populate all the big real estate search websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.). The process to list was smooth and updates were made in a timely fashion. We sold our home in seven days once it was listed on the MLS via Homecoin.
