I chose Tim Gorden with Gorden Buys Homes over using a realtor to sell my late brothers condo on Hazard Center Dr mostly due to I didn't want to pay commission fees to a realtor or have his condo on the market for what may have amounted to months of showings. Tim made an "as is" offer that was free of inspections and closing costs that can end up being the responsibility of the seller to pay for post sale. Living in Colorado I did most of the paper work via Docu-sign with the Contingency contract along with some mailing in of notarized documents through New Venture Escrow and First American Title Company. Due to California law I had to fulfill a 120 day waiting period of probate which was unfortunate but also allowed me time to be thorough with filling out all documents before the closing date, keeping up on paying HOA Fees and paying back some default taxes my brother had past due that by closing the process came down to just a few signatures needed. I've rented homes my entire life so have never had to sell a home and can say Tim was always on board and has an attention for details most home buyers or realtors might overlook. I learned a lot over that 120 day waiting period and will say if I could do this from across the country anyone can do it living locally in San Diego. I highly recommend Tim as a home buyer.
