I was fortunate enough to meet with Livi when interested in an apartment in San Diego. Let me tell you how it happened so you can understand the level of professionalism and kindness Livi delivers. I called at 1:30 on a Tuesday and inquired about the apartment. Livi said she had recently left the building and was about to get on the highway BUT would turn around and show me the space. I was floored, because WHO DOES THAT in this day and age?! I would have, and maybe some of you would have, but let's be honest: MOST would not have. We met five minutes later and I instantly fell in love with the space. We spoke for a while and she explained the work that was currently being done on the building and said it could result in some utilities being shut off occassionally in coming days and that construction on other areas of the building could go on for a while. She listened as I expressed concerns I had around having lost a business during Covid and what that might look like on paper. She was attentive, and her demeanor was calm, patient and understanding. Rather than make me feel as if my past might haunt me and cost me my dream, she said "I have protocol to follow, but let's see what we can do." In that moment I felt hope around something that felt hopeless for years. She gave me hope and an opportunity to continue to rebuild and grow in a beautiful home on the block I've lived on since May 2, 2022. I love it here, and the people here, and I get to stay here. How do you thank someone for that? I know I had to qualify but she still had to believe in me and trust I would be a solid choice for tenancy. She had to read me right. That's her job, and she's good at it. Thank you, Livi, for making my dream come true and for offering me the space I needed to expand. You are the BEST! As for everything else, the company is fantastic! My background check request was emailed to me within an hour or two and was completed in an hour or less, with all results shared with me. My rental application was then sent immediately after. Filling it out was fast, clear and concise, but I knew if it wasn't Livi would have been there to help. When approved, which took less than a day, I was able to pay my rent and security seamlessly online without any issues. They also offer insurance through Lemonade, which is a phenomenal option and is reasonable and easy to set up. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have been accepted and how amazing this entire process has been. Livi is a rock star! I haven't worked with someone with her level of professional decorum in countless years. I'm still in shock. It was an incredible experience from start to finish, and tomorrow I get to start moving into my new dream home! Thank you Livi and the Dream Homes Team San Diego!

Maria Corbisiero is incredible!! Totally relatable and her team works their tails off to help in every way. From scheduling a cleaner to excellent communication, to open houses etc she and her team were one stop shopping. I am the executor of a trust and the sale was needed to pay my friends bills, so there was a lot of layers to this and she was knowledgeable, helpful, didn’t talk down to me for not understanding some things, and I felt like we were for sure a team. I would use her and her team again in a heartbeat!
