We worked with Jamie Pullman to help us find a place to rent from as we were relocating across the country to San Diego. As complete novices to the area, Jamie provided great knowledge about the area and listened to our requests and needs. He was open and transparent in communication and didn't push us towards anything we didn't like. You could tell he was genuinely happy when we found the place we loved. Jamie and his son Hudson earn the title of Downtown Condo Guys. They are a team par excellence!! When we gave Jamie the specifications we wanted, he set up a plan for us to see several apartments on the two days we were in San Diego. He is one that uses his heart ♥️ and values to guide his professional acumen. Little did we know that his plan was to show us his two favorite apartments on day one. We fell in love with the first showing, but decided to continue the tour. It as a clincher. As much as we loved the first, the second one which we now call home, proved to be one to celebrate. Hudson was in the background supporting and helping Jamie in his work. My partner and I energetically recommend Downtown Condo guys.
