I recently helped a buyer purchase one of CT Homes LLC’s renovated properties, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! We had a quick 10-day all-cash close, and everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond—every item that came up during the inspection was taken care of promptly and at no cost to my buyer, which my clients really appreciated. Their team was professional, responsive, and just overall great to work with. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the homes they renovate. I would absolutely love to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home.

In my experience as a real estate agent, working with CT homes from start to finish was one of the most well organized transactions I’ve ever been involved in. I represented the buyers and JD and his team had all seller documents lined up day one with a prompt opening of escrow. They had Angel present at the inspection to help answer questions and he even had his crew fixing small items that came up before my buyers even requested them to be repaired. They are on time, communicative, straight shooters and they honor what they say they will do. Reputation in this business is everything, and they have earned my trust. CT dream homes is hands down one of the best teams to work with. There is a stigma with flippers and their work and the way they work but JD, Dan, Angel and the team was absolutely incredible to work with. They have such a seamless process from start to finish. 10000% I would work with them again. They also left this amazing gift for my clients!!
