My mother was looking to buy a modular and place it on her land in Lake County. We started out with Ryan and had no complaints. But after 6 months of nothing we went back in and found out that Ryan was no longer there. The new sales rep obviously didn't know the different permits because everytime we asked a question we got told he'd have to call us back. We'll we had 8 months before our lease was up and the hadn't gotten any permits to do the teardown of the old mobile home. We found someone in Lake County who knew the area, knew what was needed and 10 months later here weare house will be done in 2 weeks. Had we waited for homes direct we'd still be waiting and homeless.
