We recieved excellent customer service from House Real Estate, and especially our agent, Katie Simpon. She was professional, fun, detail-oriented, and a joy to work with. She made the entire purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, and never hesitated to answer our questions, no matter how ridiculous they were. We cannot express how amazing realtor Jessica LaMar is! We were first time home buyers and honestly unsure if we were truly ready to buy. Jessica quickly set up a phone call with us and walked up through the steps. Once we were ready, she quickly set up all the houses that we were interested in. She was very responsive and quick to adjust to our changes in what we wanted. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate any schedule requests as well as last-minute showings. We would 100% recommend her to anyone and especially our friends and family. She is truly so thoughtful and would even hold our one-year-old so I could look at houses without interruption. The day we got the keys to our new house she even bought a toy for our daughter to enjoy in our new home. Again, could go on and on about how amazing she is. Do not hesitate to work with her!

My husband and I and dare I say my extended family met Sarah Sutherland at an open house over a year ago. Sarah spent a year showing us houses so patiently and with so much enthusiasm it was contagious! She understood I could not make an offer without my whole clan weighing in, particularly my grandson George. We were downsizing and leaving my dream house on 46th Street. It was an emotional journey and she was so kind and professional. When we finally found a house her skills as an agent came into play. She still continues to check in with me and the progress of my remodeling of the new house. I can not speak more highly of Sarah and the whole House team.

My husband and I met Melissa Williams of House Real Estate when we were starting to think about buying our first home and immediately knew we wanted to work with her as our agent. She was so wonderful to work with and made the house-buying journey so easy. We had lots of questions throughout and she was amazing to have on our side and be able to turn to. Melissa really went above and beyond for us, which is just how she treats all of her clients. We are now moving into our new home and she's absolutely who we will be recommending to our friends and family looking for an agent!
