Alex gave me extremely good advice, to put the house on the market “as is “ to take advantage of best season for sales. He said I would not benefit in price for the time I would spend and cost, to make minor improvements. He had impressive examples of the data and analysis of the current market in my zip code. His average listing time was 11 days. My house sold in 7 at asking price, all cash 7 day close. This was a rental that was left in very bad condition, but a good neighborhood, close to schools. It was a great relief to have this problem solved. Alex was fantastic to work with. Because of his experience, and understanding of the market. Each bit of advice through the process was correct. I trusted him totally and the final outcome was better than expected.

Anthony Vargas gave us excellent customer service. I like how we met up in the beginning to introduce what him and his company provides. He was easy to contact, respectful, and outgoing. If he didn’t know an answer right away then he always finds out. Even though we asked to see a house last minute he still knew some good information about the house. Him and his team made this process as smooth as possible. I like how he is knowable on the first time homebuyers program we applied for, and after we got the keys he still helps us out when we have a question.
