Ed went above and beyond for our mutual client—he negotiated a long list of repairs, went back and forth with the seller until every concern was either addressed or credited, and never let anything slip through the cracks. It seems that stellar service is the exception not the rule these days....and Ed Gatejen and his team at Dwell are certainly the exception. Our home needed extensive work and Dwell's Conceriege service helped us get it all done with ease and by top-notch contractors. We ended up with turn key, high end quality that sparkled. We had dry root and termites and other issues that required repairs and robust pest control work. On top of that, we had a full kitchen renovation that took our dark 70's kitchen and tranformed it into a bright and fresh chef's delight the whole family can fit in. Stunning work (see before and after pictures.) These were enormous projects and we were treated like family and with great care the whole way through. Truly impressive. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We trust Ed with all our real estate needs and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than his Dwell Real Estate team. They truly have it all covered, so you can relax and breath easy. Thank you, Ed and team. Your support, experience, and resources made it all as smooth as possible. You exceed expectations and make it look easy. We're grateful.

It's been a pleasure to work with Ed and Grayson since the first day we started our home search till we moved into our new house 2 days ago. We defined the characteristics of our dream home and Grayson provided us with very useful information about the real estate market and trends for the different neighborhoods we were interested in. Every week he'd contact us with the newest additions, inform us about price drops and solved every single doubt we had about renovations or offers. Becoming homeowners for the first time can be overwhelming, but Grayson made it so easy, always available and always with a big smile.
