Grounded is a fantastic real estate agency. We have sold a primary residence, purchased a primary residence, and purchased an investment property in Sacramento with one of their agents, Ryann Bayless. For every purchase and sale, we felt like Ryann worked in our best interest, ensuring that we received a great deal and that everything ran as smoothly as possible. Jasmine Do was also great, helping with the paperwork side of things and making sure all of the parties were on track. The team at Grounded are great communicators, professional, and solve problems to ensure a speedy close. Thank you to the Grounded team!

I had the pleasure of working on the listing side of a recent transaction with Eduardo Aguilar and his TC, Jasmine Do from Grounded Real Estate, and I can’t say enough great things about their team.
