Shannon Jones and her team were at the top of their game when we needed it most. While weathering the storm of 2020, Shannon Jones was attentive, innovative and persistent in showing and selling my home. She was our first choice and by far the best choice.

Shannon Jones and her team guided us through the successful sale of our townhome, providing helpful pre-sale advice and great support throughout the entire sale and escrow process. She and Brad Jones were very knowledgeable about the local market and shared that information with us, while Kay in the office gave us great support with all the paperwork. Most importantly, I was laid while our condo was on the market so we were unable to move forward on purchasing our house. They graciously put everything on hold until we were financially ready to re-start the process: no pressure, no questions, no repeated contact. Just an assurance that once we were ready they would be willing to work with us. And once we were able to proceed they quickly set to work, gathering our criteria for what we were looking for, and helped us quickly find the home we’re in today. I would be very comfortable recommending the Jones team to friends looking to find a reliable, effective, and trustworthy realtor.

Shannon and Brad acted as our sales agent for our Condo sale in September 2024. We were fortunate to have a neighbour recommend them to us. From the initial phone call to the final completion their service was exceptional. Along with their back office team they gave us honest advice and regular updates on the progress of the sale which helped us to understand the process. The service was friendly but also professional. Shannon and Brad are excellent communicators and brilliant negotiators! Within a few weeks of first meeting we had excellent photographs of our unit and Shannon had identified the unique selling points. They arranged an open house and within 5 days we had several offers. Within about 8 days we had settled on a buyer and the process moved forward. Our Condo sold for a price well in excess of our initial listing price. (We had ‘priced to sell’, but not undervalued in our original listing.) They helped us negotiate the move to suit our deadlines. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I asked if I could write a review about the “Jones Team” after they sold our home here in Long Beach. I will get directly to the point. After listing the home, one open house, the home sold in 10 days of the listing date. That is when the professional members of her team went to work. Escrow, title, inspectors, technical IT support, and finally Brad Jones, Shannon’s husband, got the sale to closing. Shannon knows how to get it done. I called her my “Pitbull” and she simply went to work till the property was closed. We thank her and Team Jones for making all our retirement plans come true. Thank you Shannon.
