We had an outstanding experience working with Nikki and truly couldn’t have asked for better guidance as first-time homebuyers. From start to finish, Nikki was incredibly knowledge, responsive, and calm- especially during time-sensitive moments and key decision points. Nikki explained every step of the process clearly, helped us evaluate our options thoughtfully, and was always quick to answer questions. Her attention to detail and proactive communication made what should have been a very stressful process (especially given our aggressive timeframe) feel organized and manageable. She went above and beyond to help us find the right technicians, handymen, lenders, etc. We always felt supported and confident that our best interests were the priority. If I could give Nikki 10 stars, I would. Working with her was peaceful and professional. We were able to close on our first home, with all of our wish list items in 2022, and I would recommend her to any one looking to purchase a home. Nikki was patient with all of our requests and gave us so many options and did not lose momentum once. She really is a top tier agent and I can’t wait to work with her again! Nikki (Ms. Long Beach) brings a level of expertise that's hard to match. As a first-time home buyer in El Monte, I found her professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness extremely helpful.
