I found Oriana Shea to be the best agent for our trust sale. As Trustees, my brother and were faced with selling a home in Sunset Beach that had been in our family for over 50 years. It took a while for us to decide on what type of sale was right for us (investor, private/family or market sale). Oriana and her team offered options, including estimated proceeds and timelines. We actually explored all 3 types of options and ultimately did a lite remodel and listed on the MLS. Within a week, we received an offer above the listing price and closed the sale in 21 days. Oriana and Roni were excellent partners throughout the process and we also enjoyed working with the contractors (New Ranch), Carpeting (Bixby Plaza) and Escrow (Escrow Heights) that they recommended. I would highly recommend working with The Oriana Shea Group.

Working with Oriana and the Oriana Shea group was the best thing i did to sell my condo and buy a home. I was in a situation where selling my condo was extremely difficult due to high HOA and limited Financing options. Oriana was there every step of the way, always communicating with me. She found a cash buyer, got through all the yata yata and we sold the condo. Next step buying a home was even easier with her. Oriana and Roni always made sure everything was scheduled accordingly so the process was quick. We closed in 3 weeks and could not be happier. This whole process took about 8 months. Oriana was always calling me, texing me and stopping by to make sure everything was perfect (it was). She was like my new best friend. Now i have my new home and i do not get to talk to Oriana everyday. Its sad, a Challenge, Almost a breakup. Thank you Oriana, I highly recommend her and her group!

Oriana Shea sold our home well above asking price. She was amazing from the start to finish, very hands on and always available for you to help you through the process of selling your home. Oriana also staged our home and the staging alone took our home from drab to fab. Oriana is the only agent we will use.

Oriana Shea and The Oriana Shea Group were recommended by my good neighbors. After meeting her, it was apparent Oriana knew this area well, a huge advantage. After learning I was of poor health, she and her associates made me feel at ease during this entire process and made sound recommendations. Her confidence and advice in getting the house ready for showing was indispensable, with the marketing effort being extraordinary - including the fine photography.. She even communicated with my out of state realtor without my asking, advising her as necessary of the progress and timing. This resulted in multiple offers in just a few days, yielding a very timely exodus for my daughter and me.
