I’ve genuinely loved living here. The community is peaceful, clean, and really well maintained, which makes coming home feel relaxing every day. The amenities are consistently taken care of — especially the pool and Jacuzzi — and the shared spaces have been a huge bonus for me while working from home. The location has been one of my favorite parts. Being able to walk to the beach, grab coffee nearby, or head to local parks and restaurants has been such a lifestyle upgrade — especially coming from Los Angeles, where that kind of convenience and calm is hard to find. The company brings in fitness instructors throughout the week for free classes like yoga, Pilates, ect. Super nice bonus to have. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and efficient. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Management is professional and attentive, and the staff downstairs are always friendly and helpful. I truly feel comfortable and supported living here and am so grateful to call this place home.

I had an amazing experience living at Shoreline Gateway. This is truly the best place I’ve lived in my five years in the United States. The management and staff are incredibly professional, supportive, and responsive — they genuinely care about residents. From move-in to everyday living, everything was smooth and well managed. I’ll be moving back to India in the future, but if I ever return to the U.S., Shoreline Gateway would be my first choice without a doubt. I’m very grateful for the time I spent here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Jeffery Towfeles at Gateway Shoreline Apartments was absolutely amazing throughout my entire apartment search and move-in process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment for my needs. He made the entire move-in process incredibly easy and stress-free, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I always felt informed and comfortable. Even after moving in, Jeffery continues to be readily available whenever I have questions, concerns, or requests, which really speaks to the level of care and professionalism he provides. He is a HUGE reason I decided to lease at Gateway Shoreline Apartments and an even bigger reason I feel so confident and happy with my decision. Let me just start by saying that EVERYTHING is just amazing about Shoreline Gateway! First things first, the entire leasing office team are just out of this world! They will definitely go the extra mile for you and take care of you in whatever you may need and address. Jeffrey, Rose and Ellie are all deserves a special mention and note in that department! The 24/7 front desk concierge, security, service maintenance team, they are all so professional, friendly, and will be there for whatever you may need! Now as far as the building and the units themselves! Wow! Just wow... You really can't go wrong with any unit you will choose here! The views, the location, the amenities, the people, the weather, everything checks! I'm here for almost a month now since I have moved in, and I am more than satisfied! I am so glad I came across this luxury apartment building in my search, because the moment I did, my search stopped and I was eager to move-in asap! I absolutely, and highly-highly recommend Shoreline Gateway! Spectacular!

Our experience living here has been nothing but positive. The property is clean, quiet, and family-friendly, perfect for us and our kid. The pool and Jacuzzi are always well-kept, and the common areas have been a huge plus for myself who works from home. Being walking distance from the beach, the local coffee shops, parks, restaurants especially since we come from Los Angeles where that kind of access and calm is rare has been amazing to experience. Whenever we’ve needed help with something in the apartment, management has been quick, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff downstairs are always friendly and ready to help, which really takes a lot of stress off my shoulders incase my partner needs anything when I'm not home. We feel very supported and grateful to call this place home!
