I am very proud to call Onni East Village my new home! From the stunning panoramic city views provided by the living units to the endless amenities across the compound, OEV is really second to none! My leasing consultant Eric along with Jessie and the team, have done an amazing job of making the move in transition as smooth as possible for me. They have helped me every step of the way with no delay what so ever. First class customer service! I highly recommend anyone who is interested in moving into OEV to contact Eric and team, to make the move in transition as smooth as possible!

The views were great, and the receptionist was always welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only consistently positive part of this place. Management was unresponsive to open issues throughout the rental period, whether contacted in person, by phone, or via email. There was no sense of urgency or meaningful follow-through. During the holidays, a power cut caused the AC and lights to turn back on automatically, resulting in extremely high electricity bills while I was away. Although there are many rules intended to support a community of 200+ apartments, enforcement appears minimal. Weed smoking on balconies and dog waste in common areas were recurring issues. If maintenance enters your unit, be prepared to clean thoroughly and repaint afterward. Despite rent exceeding 5K per month, this experience did not come close to elevated living.

I love this place! They have maid service through Level. My maid is Carmen Ramirez and I couldn’t be happier with her service. She is always super nice and does an amazing job. The place is spotless after she leaves, she really takes care of all small details and I love how she makes the beds. Sheets are perfectly tucked in. Highly recommend this place due to exceptional service. Thanks Carmen!! This building also has amazing amenities that’s incomparable to any other luxury building in downtown LB.

I just had another great experience with the maintainence team here at Onni East Village! They are seriously the best!!! They are quick and timely in responding to maintainence requests. They do the work as fast as they can while also doing it with care and thoughtful regard for minimizing any inconveniences while they get the job done. I also have to give a big shout out to Griselda who is fantastic and does an amazing job taking care of our building. She is dedicated to doing excellent work and i really enjoy our delightful chats when our paths cross. I appreciate her work to keep the property beautiful, clean, and energetically vibrant. The leasing office and front desk folks are great and very helpful. I really love living here. I love my apartment so much, it is filled with sunlight, high ceilings, big windows and a balcony where our doggie likes to take his daily naps. I am just hoping they don't raise the rent when I renew my lease in a few months! It's definately a luxury resort style living space and for sure the cost of rent reflects this...i do love it here...but i'm very aware the rent is high. This is a great property and I want to stay in my apartment- let's hope they don't raise the rent!! OEV has been a wonderful place to live with my son and our doggie.

The Onni East Village has been a great experience for me since day one. The property staff does a phenomenal job at keeping areas clean. It has many amenities to choose from and I appreciate the positive friendly staff. Randy Gomez always welcomes me with a smile and spreads positive energy that is contagious. I will say the elevators sometimes need extra attention because the pets have occasional accidents inside of them. Other than that, every staff member has been approachable and helpful when needed.
