Cruz Zavala Realtor is selling a home in Pomona for 510k. He then changes it in the MLS to 399k. I went to view the open house today along with a swarm of other people. All believing it was reduced. When confronting him about the price difference he laughed saying it's a mistake on Trulias website. The house was in fact 510k not 399k. Others confronting him and I he did was laugh. This false claim of price reduction was to bring more traffic to this home. BEWARE OF this company.
