Ismael Chavez should be the first realtor you call when considering selling or buying your home. I specifically reached out to Ismael as he came highly recommended from friends who have used him in the past. He did not disappoint from the first time we met him his knowledge, patience and efficiency made the process easy and put me at ease. He explained every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions we had. We put our house up for sale and within 3 days we had multiple offers. Ismael was always looking out for us and explained what was best for us when decisions had to be made. We’ve worked with Ismael for many years now, and he’s always been our go to for ALL things real estate. He recently helped us purchase our second home, our dream house! He worked so tirelessly, to give us an opportunity to compete and actually beat out multiple offers, including cash offers! He’s extremely responsive and has a way of making you feel like a priority. Even after we opened escrow he was so available for us, coming out to the home for various inspections on multiple occasions. He will get it done!
