Everyone they’re really helpful. They be patient with you. They will give you the information you looking for and they take care of you right away and all things that needs to be done. I do appreciate every girls works there and all the employee they are so helpful. They’re very nice and they understand our needs . I never been in an apartment complex where they are so helpful, careful, patient and understanding. Appreciate the service especially… To : is Kindly , Layla, Courtney , Krista, & Sydney. I’ve lived here for about four years, and I can honestly say the turnaround since the new management took over has been huge. The previous management wasn’t very involved, and it led to a lot of issues in the community. Since then, the new team has really stepped up. You can see the difference in how the property is managed, how security is handled, and how seriously they take keeping the community in good shape. What stands out the most to me is the consistency. When something gets brought up, they actually follow through. I’ve had multiple interactions with management and they’ve always been responsive and professional. It feels like they genuinely care about maintaining a safe, well run community, and it shows. Definitely a night and day difference from before.

Moving here has been a truly positive change for me, the building feels both welcoming and comforting. The amenities enhance the lifestyle by having access to a really cozy, maintained pool and a well equipped fitness center gym right inside the building which makes daily life much more convenient. I would also point out, that the location is a major benefit, being so close to the local mall simplifies errands and shopping trips. Everything here is consistently well maintained, and the management team is professional and attentive, making it a truly pleasant place to reside.

Between the rat and bug infestations, homeless people sleeping in the hallways and harassing residents to get in, and an unsecured parking lot where cars get vandalized and broken into, this management team is an absolute joke. Zero urgency for actual safety issues, yet somehow they have plenty of time and energy to tow residents. We had to put our car in the shop, borrowed a family member’s Tesla, and parked overnight with the sticker clearly displayed in the windshield. Guess who showed up with full “concern” and “attention” to tow? Yep, Camden. Priorities couldn’t be more backwards. 🤡 This place is a masterclass in neglect. People sleeping in the hallways and bothering residents, and a parking lot that feels completely unsecured, vandalism and break-ins are treated like background noise. Camden somehow missed every real problem but didn’t miss the chance to tow. Embarrassing. If you’re looking for rats, bugs, hallway harassment, and a parking lot where your car gets to play “will it be broken into tonight?” congrats, you found it. Management acts like all of that is normal. But don’t worry: if your permit is literally in the windshield, Camden will still find a way to tow you with Olympic-level speed.

If I could give these apartments zero stars, I absolutely would. What my family and I thought would be an exciting and positive change quickly turned into a complete nightmare. From inconsistent lease enforcement to amenities constantly being broken or inoperable, the experience has been beyond frustrating. For the price residents pay, you would expect at the very least some form of reimbursement or credit when services and facilities are unavailable but instead, it feels like the opposite. Management seems quick to issue charges or label situations as “lease violations,” yet struggles to hold themselves accountable when they fail to meet their own standards. The only response tenants seem to receive is “sorry, but…” with no real solutions or follow-through. Maintenance requests for basic necessities — washers, dryers, sinks, and other essential repairs — can take up to a month to be resolved. For the past four months, bringing groceries upstairs has been incredibly difficult due to the elevator constantly being broken, leaving stairs as the only option. There appears to be little to no consideration for families with children, elderly residents, or individuals with injuries or disabilities. Overall, the lack of accountability, slow repairs, and poor management communication make living here extremely stressful. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
