I had a fantastic apartment touring experience with Sophia. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Sophia took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the tour feel comfortable and informative rather than rushed. She pointed out important details about the apartment and the community and was very responsive and attentive. Overall, she made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new place.

I had a great experience living in the Aster. My neighbors were lovely. Of course in any building complex, you’ll get the noisy ones or the ones who can’t seem to understand you are not allowed to smoke on your balcony. But overall, the people living in the community were good in my book. The amenities are great! I used the BBQ once a week and friends enjoyed the club room and big screen tv to watch the Super Bowl, Go Birds!! As far as management, this changeover to Martin and Sophia was exactly what the building needed. Sophia is a ray of sunshine and Martin, gets things done, at least for me. He was extremely helpful when I needed him to be and was transparent during a tough situation with a fellow tenant. If I didn’t need to move, I would have stayed longer!

Amazing experience living here thanks to the incredible team. Sophia, the leasing manager, is so sweet and truly treats you like family. Tony from security is welcoming, selfless, and incredibly thoughtful. I swear he remembers everything and always makes you feel safe and at home. Humberto from maintenance is outstanding; he came the same day I submitted a request and went above and beyond to help. Grateful for such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!

We have only been here a few months but the staff has been incredibly helpful both during move in as well as a few issues that have come up. The night security guards are wonderful and the cleaning and maintenance staff are always working to insure that the building is very clean. I recently had an issue with my EV parking space and management was able to change my parking space in a timely and efficient manner.

I’ve had such a wonderful time at The Aster in Long Beach! The move-in was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly helpful from the very beginning. The building is always spotless, well-maintained, and all the amenities are top-notch. During my tour, I was really impressed by how new everything looks in the apartments, and the appliances are fantastic. The residents have been so welcoming too. Everyone here has been friendly and helpful, especially Sophia and Martin at the front desk. They’re always ready to lend a hand and make the place feel like home. Overall, I’m so glad I picked The Aster to live at, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a clean, safe place with a fantastic staff in Long Beach.
