First off I dont live here my mom does and has for over two years( im juat here all the time). It's a quiet complex. The staff is great and helpful and get atuff done in a decent amount of time. Most people are pretty friendly that live here as well. Definitely recommend for a place to live. Plus many things not far away either.

Ever since I first moved in here things were good at first once switched companies everything went to crap. The new people especially the office people are never there or either very disrespectful when trying to discuss a serious matter. They literally laughed in my face when trying to discuss the situation and would not let me finish telling my side of the conversation in situation. They literally yelled at me and told me I was wrong. I have never miss a payment rent or otherwise on my housing. Ever since moving here it seems like I made a bad decision the apartment was horrible not renovated like they said. Everything was old and falling apart and trashy and when they first told me that I would be having brand new everything new paint whatever etc it wasn't. I would not even let the worst of my enemy live here. They basically are scamming me out of my money

Lived here since 2018, and it was beautiful when we first moved in. Now? It’s trash. I honestly can’t believe how it’s deteriorated. It’s sad. The weeds are taking over the place, where there once was beautiful green grass to walk the dogs in, is now brown, dead and full of weeds. The beautiful landscaping is all brown, burnt up and dead, even the palm trees, because they don’t water anything anymore. The wood on the balconies is rotting. Where there was once a beautiful waterfall, is full of brown trash filled water, which will be a mosquito breeding ground in the summer. And we pay a lot to live here! It’s not cheap. I think they may be making some of the apartments section 8 now, because I don’t know how some of these people can even afford it.

Provided a 48 hour notice for intent to enter apartment and entered the following day. When I complained and wanted an explanation as to why they broke the law (they literally quoted ars 13-1343 which required 48 hours) they never responded. Rent here to get your rights violated

Susan is a great staff. She answered all our questions and did an excellent job by touring us around the apartment complex. She was friendly, easy to talk to and very efficient. No flaws at all! Me and my mom enjoyed her
