Kelley Kemmis is by far one of the best Realtors in the industry. Her knowledge and negotiation skills and willingness to go above and beyond the norms to make her clients happy and get transactions closed is incredible. I have seen her do amazing things for her clients over and over again. You are in very good hands with Kelley and I would not, and do not, hesitate to send her Friends and Family!

The Best Real Estate Agents We've Ever Worked With From start to finish, working with Kelley and Penny was a fantastic experience that truly exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated an incredible level of dedication and genuine care, treating us as more than just a transaction. What stands out most is how they handled our out of state purchase. Both Kelley and Penny walked through houses to preview and sent detailed videos, so we could get a good feel of the homes. We were so impressed with their attention to detail to showing each home, keeping us informed, and their commitment to making sure everything went smoothly. We are so happy with our new home and can't recommend Kelley and Penny enough!

Cheryl Riley is an excellent realtor. My husband and I recently sold our home in Mesa through Cheryl. We interviewed several realtors and Cheryl was the most professional, direct, and really down to earth. We wanted a realtor who would work for us and not the other way around (as past experience with other realtors). Cheryl made professional flyers for buyers during showings, she took my "updates list" and added beautiful photos to the list and printed on very nice paper, she hired a professional videographer (with drone), photographer and made branded videos for buyers and an unbranded video for mls. The most important thing Cheryl did was hang on to our counter-offer because she knew we had three more showings the next day and she told all of them we had offers and pushed to get 2 more offers. We are very appreciative of her hard work for us to get asking price. Highly Highly recommend Cheryl Riley!!!

Kelly Kemmis is beyond amazing! It was my and my fiancés first homebuying experience, we knew absolutely nothing about what we were getting into but Kelly was wonderful enough to be so patient she answered all of our questions and was extremely informative! I truly appreciate her continuing to follow up and kept us updated with any new news throughout the process, she always made sure we were comfortable and understood everything that was going on. She gave our buying experience a personal touch by giving us advice in regards to our unique situation. Matthew Pennington at American AllStar Realty is so great that we have used him multiple times! We first worked with Matthew a few years ago when we were buying our first home. With it being our first time, the whole process was very new, but Matthew really helped us to feel confident and comfortable. Not only did he completely understand and deliver on what we were looking for, but we also felt that he genuinely cared about us and helping us the best he could. Because we felt so safe and confident with him, my mom used him to look for a vacation home, and then we used him again when we had to sell our home.
