The move-in process was one of the best I had ever experienced. Kortney was absolutely phenomenal and she was extremely prompt and responsive to all my questions. One of the things I liked most was my process lasted for an extended period but Kortney worked with me during the entirety to help make sure that I was well taken care of and that's a rare today. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoy living here with all the amenities. The best part about all the shared areas is how well they are kept by the maintenance team. They are here early taking care of everything and making sure the property stays in great shape. We have a special appreciation for Louis for fixing our air conditioner within moments after it was having issues, even outside of normal working hours. We also appreciate Jose who is quick to respond to any of our issues, big or small. Truly, the whole team cares about the residents, and it is a great place to live. We really appreciate everything they do!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two amazing people in our community 💛 First, Louie, our maintenance man he is truly the best! Every time I need something fixed, he responds quickly and gets the job done right. He’s always so polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s such a relief knowing we have someone so reliable and kind taking care of things around here. Also, I want to give a big thank you to Melissa, our property manager. She is absolutely wonderful always looking out for her residents and going above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of. She’s incredibly sweet, approachable, and truly cares about the people who live here. I’m so grateful to have such a supportive and hardworking team it really makes a difference! 🙏✨

Living at Melody on Main has been fantastic! Being right in downtown Mesa is great, but what really makes it special are the people. Ivan and José from maintenance went above and beyond—helping with my garage clicker and even getting us interior paint. Courtney in the office made our renewal process a breeze. With their support, living here is truly a joy. Highly recommend!

I must say my experience with the overall staff when stopping by for a tour was exceptional to say the least but when I actually went on my tour ( twice I might add ) with Kortney it was one of thee best tours I’ve had since moving here to AZ ! Kortney was pleasant professional and thorough when it came to attention to detail and making sure that I knew exactly what to expect regarding their application process availability of apartments events and to do’s in the area etc . She followed up with me regularly minus any pressure just to see if I had any further questions or concerns and made me feel like a valued client and not just a new lease under her belt!!! Needless to say I ended up renting somewhere else but I most definitely would have rented with them had the timing been in my favor! But all in all great staff and excellent customer service ‼️💯‼️
