Max made the process extremely easy to sell. He was well-informed and extremely professional. Thanks to his advice and efforts the house sold immediately for top dollar. I wish I could give him 6 stars!

I highly recommend Unbiased Options! I am a licensed fiduciary and recently completed my first project with Max and his office and I will definitely be working with them again. They were professional, friendly and went over and above to get every detail of the project completed to my satisfaction. It was not the easiest project although Max, Laura, Lincoln, Ashley and Denise were there to help and keep things moving forward. From the first time that I met with Max and walked through the house, he was there and did not walk away from the situation. The circumstances in the home were far from ideal and we could not even stay inside for long without getting fresh air at first. Max and his team stuck with it and contacted me for every decision. They made great recommendations along the way and the home sold for the asking price within a few days. Max and Ashley went the extra mile to get an issue with the HOA fee resolved 2 days before closing! I have had an amazing experience with the Unbiased Options team and will recommend them colleagues and friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Max is truly the best! We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Max. We were dealing with a foreclosure situation from out of state and the property being in probate, and we were completely overwhelmed. Max stepped in, met with us in person within days, and immediately calmed our nerves. He handled everything with the lender, explained every step, and worked incredibly fast to help us avoid foreclosure, something we honestly didn’t think was even possible on such short notice. His professionalism, kindness, and determination truly set him apart. If you need someone who goes above and beyond and actually delivers, Max is the one. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for us. Highly recommend!

Max is very considerate and caring towards you and what your going through when you loose a loved one and having to deal with a home that you have to let go. Gave us a fair price for the home and was super respectful. Even if you haven't lost a loved one but are in need of letting your home go he is a great person to work with. Thank you Max in helping us in letting the home go and for a fair price, you were great to work with.

Max and his team were awesome to work with on the sale of my parents' home. I was feeling overwhelmed, but after I met with Max for the first time, I knew he was the right person for the job. From the time I made the decision to sell to the closing date everything was handled with awesome communication and honesty. I never felt any pressure and all of my questions were answered. Max and his team handled all of the repairs to get the home ready to list on the market. It was a great experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend Max and Unbiased Options.
