Just when you think you are there friend or a part of the family they screw you over and take your home to resell it to another investor to double there commission. Be careful when dealing with the Ramsey family they charge 10 times the national average for interest rates! Be careful, Be wise, and DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

We were not told that the house we bought was not set up and there were no permits filed which means it was never inspected by the building inspector.
