I moved into my new apartment recently and I have been so pleased with everything. The staff in the office are super kind, friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate. The community is active and super friendly. I did need a couple small fixes in my apartment and Jordan came by to fix everything! He was so polite and clear in communicating what he was able to get done today and what things he needed to order to complete the rest of the repairs and when those would get done. This is a good place to call home.

I recently toured The Julia and had a great experience. Terrell, the property manager, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the tour feel welcoming and informative. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area!

Malik was honestly amazing when he came to fix our stove. From the start, he was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. He knew exactly what he was doing and figured out the problem pretty quickly. What I really appreciated was how he explained everything in a simple way, without making it confusing. He took his time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, and you could tell he actually cared about doing a good job—not just rushing through it. He was also really respectful of our space and cleaned up after himself, which doesn’t always happen. Overall, Malik made the whole process smooth and easy, and our stove is working perfectly now. I’d definitely want him again for any maintenance work. 5 stars 😊

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with The Julia in Mesa. I applied for an apartment and was clearly told that the unit would be available. Based on that assurance, I made decisions and planned my move accordingly. Shortly after, I was informed that the apartment was no longer available — with no accountability or meaningful explanation. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on accurate information for something as important as housing. On top of that, I was given the runaround for days, with inconsistent answers and no clear ownership from their team. Because of the uncertainty they created, I was forced to rush and renew my lease at my current apartment just to avoid being left without housing. That situation could have been completely avoided with honest and timely communication. Management repeatedly told me to “wait” while they figured out how my refund would be processed, but they never followed up or got back to me. I’ve had to chase them for updates, which is both unprofessional and exhausting. What’s even worse is the complete lack of urgency and professionalism when it comes to my refund. I’ve been waiting far longer than reasonable, with little to no proactive communication from their team. I’ve had to follow up myself just to get basic updates, which should never be the case. Overall, this experience has been disorganized, misleading, and stressful. I would strongly caution anyone considering The Julia to be very careful and get everything in writing, the place and management feel like a scam. At the very least, be prepared for delays and poor communication. This process should have been straightforward — instead, it has been unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. I would give this place 0 stars if google allowed me to.

Hello, I’ve been a resident at the Julia for five years in September. And I have seen a lot of management teams come and go maintenance included. I have to say right now about our Maintance team we have,their top notch. Sylvester, who is the fierce and mighty leader of the three is super fast he’s super efficient and super sweet. He’s got the best personality and when you ask him to do something, he gets it done and he does it right. Ricky him as well that poor boy works his butt off some idiot busted out a window and he had to come in the middle of the night and patch up a window. He never complains. They’re always working and they’re so overworked .Jordyn that poor kid I think this is probably like the first hard job maybe because with only three of them this property is huge and they work so hard so just be nice to the maintenance guys and be nice to Terrell and the girls in the office. They’re working their butts off to to make this a better place but I give five stars to Maintance and to the office staff.
