My experience with staged to sell was phenomenal. Communication was clear, Lou and his team did an excellent job. The details for the staging were incredible. We had an exceptional amount of traction when selling our home and that’s not just due to the finishes we had but the great effort Lou and his team put into it making it feel like a beautiful magazine home. Highly recommend!

My seller hired Staged To Sell to stage his newly updated home in Cave Creek. To say the staging was a disappointment is an understatement. The furniture and decor they used was old, worn, scratched, chipped, stained and very dirty. They also left black stains on the new, white carpet in the master bedroom. When this was discussed with them, they asked to come out the next day and see if they could make it better. We were encouraged and hoped for new furnishings. They switched out a few chairs and removed a bunch of old books. Once again we were disappointed. We asked them to remove their furnishings immediately. Which they did. I was in the home during the staging process both days. Listening to the workers talk it was apparent they know there is a problem with old, worn out used furnishings. Don’t take my word for it. Check out the pictures. I would not and could not recommend this company.

Our home was on the market for over 60 days. After two days of being staged we had two offers. I truly don’t think it would have sold without their staging. They did such a beautiful job that the buyers wanted to buy some of the furniture. Can’t say enough about this company. They were amazing all the way around.

Our vacant house was on the market for six months when we finally decided to stage it. The staging was absolutely beautiful and we had lots of compliments on how good the house looked Four days after staging, we had two offers and went under contract. So grateful for you guys. Thank you!

I’m a Realtor and wanted to give Staged to Sell a shot. These guys were great… very accommodating and professional. Their staging was so tasteful and perfect for the space! I know it’s what helped sell my listing so quickly. They definitely lived up to their name! We will definitely be using them again 👍🏼
