What a scam! Guy offers to buy my house and says he can close right when title comes back in week or 2. As he sends info over they, they want 60 "business" days to market property. They arent buying anything or doing any favor. They are asking you ti take a loss and let them try to sell when you could do all this yourself. Nothing special about them, if they can sell in 60 days, you can too and keep the money! Stay away from this company

Straight dirtbags. Jon Burgher, the owner, claims to have been in the real estate business for 30 years but conducts business in the shadiest manner possible. Jason Papageorgopoulos is absolutely a scammer. I sent over a Purchase Agreement that they responded to with "These are approved and ready for signature" so one can assume that they agreed to the terms they received. Little did I know that they had altered the document but led me to believe that the document was as I had written. Their "due diligence" is listing YOUR home that they DO NOT OWN online and finding a buyer. That's why they want 2+ weeks for due diligence. I high recommend staying as far away from these scammers as possible.

HORRIBLE !!! They list them selves as the BUYER and they are not they do not buy your home. They try to find a buyer and sell your home before they do anything. The process is horrible, no communication for updates. Almost had a person ( Third Party Buyer ) bring a U Haul to move in and I was not even inform of any closing. Yet the third party buyer was under the impression she was closing to buy with this company on my home. All They do is make money off of what you can do which is list and sell. They hire a realtor to list your house and put it up for sale. Which is what you can do yourself. WILL NO SUGGEST ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely professional company, they helped me with any questions throughout the entire process. They took care of everything and made the entire home selling/buying process super quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about selling their home.
