Counting down the seconds until my lease ends. If you want unnecessary stress, noisy neighbors and to pay a lot of hidden fees this place is for you! Seriously why has trash alone gone up to almost 30 dollars a month?!?! They also could have killed my cat since pest control sprayed before I was able to get my cat in her crate by time I got her in the crate they were out the door. I definitely think you can find much better for less in the area also the pool is green pretty consistently

The staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. The property is consistently clean and well maintained, which really shows they care about the residents and the community. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and very welcoming :)

Great community. My daughter and I toured with Nicole who was knowledgeable, personable and so helpful. The community is well kept and close to lots of stores which will be convenient. The apartment was also beautiful inside. Amazing experience and we will be applying!

It’s all about family. Your staff is amazing you guys need to re range you parking lot.You have to many bid trucks when trying to get in.All big trucks should park in the back and away from when coming in and going out. Plus need signs saying in and out.many I’m coming from work you can’t get in because the person leaving or in the wrong side. Thinks you Patricia Beatty

I’ve heard horror stories from friends about their apartment complex and the lack of service. Exchange on the 8 couldn’t be any different. Management and maintenance are attentive and seem to really care about their tenants. Nothing but good experiences in the year I’ve been here.
