We had Austin help us get our first home and he helped us so much during the whole process. He was always very quick to respond and get us into houses we found, and worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us. Even when things got a little scary with things that popped up, Austin was able to talk us through it all and help us get into our dream home. Nothing but great things to say about Austin and the team he is on.

If you're looking for a hard working, experienced, personable real-estate agent this is the place to look. Austin and Denmar Realty expertly handled our home purchase. They anticipated problem areas, worked with the seller to sort out issues, patiently and knowledgeably answered all 1 billion of our questions and got us through to close effortlessly and problem free. Austin was fantastic. He was reliable, quick to answer our questions, and really understands the Phoenix market. We were able to close on a great home due to Austin being really good at what he does!

This Realtor is so unprofessional and rude. He had a showing appointment at noon showed up a half hour early and did not contact our agent before walking in our back yard without permission. I would not recommend this company for anything.
