Lanna was amazing. She was really easy to talk to and has a great personality. She answered all of my questions effortlessly and was a great guide of the complex showing my everything it included. Got me hooked on the complex and I'm excited to be renting from here

The property is well-maintained, and any minor maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled within [Number] days. It’s clear the onsite team actually cares about the residents. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and clean environment!

Let me tell you this place is wonderful as well as the perfect for myself and my daughter. The leasing staff was so nice and my daughter was allowed to get as many bags of chips as she wanted to keep her occupied. Jennifer was really nice and so plesant during the tour. She explained all the ins and outs of the property and good places to eat as well as schools in the area for my daughter. We will be putting in a application ASAP. The model u it was very laid out and spacious as I work from home 3 days a week....I LOVE IT!!!!! Be Mesa a hidden gem!

Have been living here for about 3 months and continue to have issues. The unit was not walked through prior to moving, cleaning services were still in the unit on day of signing which caused a huge delay in moving in, and have had more maintenance issues than I feel should happen. Have had a few work orders closed on us without maintenance coming in. Also have a lighting issue in the kitchen that has yet to be resolved after 4 different attempts and smelled burning last time I turned it on. The maintenance staff have been extremely pleasant and competent, however the office staff has been not helpful. Management changed 3 times, the initial manager was on top of everything but crickets from the others. Even had a moment and office staff directly sassed when I was trying to understand an issue that happened. Have not appreciated the office interactions thus far and am unimpressed to say the least. Which is sad as I genuinely like the unit.

We lived at Be Mesa for about 2.5 years. For the first year and a half we had a horrible roach problem, from day one. When I spoke to management about it, we got a generic response, and pest control came and did a super quick spray (in and out in less than 3 mins). Obviously this did nothing for the problem. After numerous complaints, a year and a half in it had gotten so bad, that they finally dealt with it. This involved us having to pack up the entirety of our kitchen and bathroom for what ended up being about 2 months. We were not compensated for this, or moved, even though we did not have proper access to our kitchen for two whole months. Maintenance was often quick, but there were a lot of things they did poorly that had to be done over and over. For example, the towel rack in our guest bedroom came our of the wall pretty quick after moving in, and it took at least 3 maintenance requests before it was properly installed, and that happened at about the 2 year mark. Near the end of our lease, our neighbors got on the same channel as us for our lights. Our lights would randomly turn on and off, often times in the middle of the night. It was incredibly disruptive to our peace, and ability to sleep and get work done. Maintenance switched the channel several times, but it was never fixed. When we asked management about it, nothing came of it. Ultimately this is what made us decide to move out. Them not doing anything about our neighbors turning our lights on at 2am was the final straw. Additionally, especially in the summers, people are incredibly loud at the pool, well into the early hours of the morning. We lived right near the pool, and the noise was hard to deal with often times. Near the end of our lease, management seemed to be trying to solve that, but it was still an ongoing issue. I think the overall atmosphere of the complex was fine. I enjoyed my time living there besides the roaches and the lights, but I do not think I would recommend moving here.
