I want to thank Unity Homes for helping me when I really had no idea what to do. I had a small 1 bedroom 1 bath house about 1000 sqft in Magnolia that I got from my grandmother. The house was not livable anymore and had so many problems. On top of that the property taxes were due and I just couldn’t afford to pay it. I tried to talk with a few real estate agents about listing it, but every single one told me I’d have to put money in to fix things first. I didn’t have that kind of money or time, so I felt completely stuck. Then I found Unity Homes on Google and from the very first call with Leo everything just felt different. He listened, explained all my options, and was so kind and understanding. They offered me a fair price, helped me with all the paperwork, and even paid my property tax so the sale could go through smooth. Honestly it was an amazing experiance and such a huge relief. I got the price I wanted for this little house, and didn’t have to deal with any of the stress that other companies or agents gave me. Thank you Unity Homes and Leo for being so helpful and profesional. If you have a house that needs work or you’re behind on taxes, dont waste time call them, they really do care.

I usually don’t write reviews but I really had to share my experience. I was going through bankruptcy and needed to sell my house fast. Unity Homes was actually my 3rd option because they didn’t offer the highest price upfront. But man, I wish I went with them first… The first two companies that gave me offers ended up wasting over a month of my time. Both of them came back after inspections and tried to change the price, put a bunch of conditions, and honestly just caused a lot of stress. My credit score got worse because of the delays, and emotionally it was just draining. When I finally went with Unity Homes, the process was just smooth and straight forward. No games. They understood the condition of the house right away, didn’t ask for a bunch of back-and-forths, and at the end they actually gave me the best price and best terms. Should’ve just taken their offer from the beginning. Thank you Unity Homes for being honest and actually doing what you said you’ll do. I really appreciate the help during a tough time. For anyone else thinking about selling — don’t waste your time with buyers that need weeks to “check the house.” They’ll probably just come back and try to lowball you. Unity Homes knows what they’re doing and they treat you fair. Win-win for both sides.
