We couldn't recommend Jason and KyLynn highly enough, especially for anyone selling a property remotely. We had moved abroad shortly before listing our home, and we were very impressed by how they stepped in to manage every detail on the ground. Jason and KyLynn served as great project managers, coordinating contractors for necessary repairs and overseeing the entire process. This meant that we didn't have to handle any logistics or stress from afar. Their communication was proactive and clear throughout the entire process. Thank you both!

My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Jason and KyLynn. They helped us sell our townhouse in Magnolia and then helped us to find our new dream home in Loyal Heights/Ballard. The whole process took close to a year as we wanted to wait for the perfect home, and throughout the entire time we felt so supported and like we were their number one priority. They were always available, so knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so seamless and easy for us. They took care of some difficult negotiations when the inspection revealed some challenges, and we truly felt that we could trust them to take care of all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Jason and KyLynn are amazing! I made the difficult decision to sell my longtime home and move after a big life change. I was dreading the entire process and bracing for months of misery. My home selling experience with Jason & Kylynn was seamless, swift & profitable! With their extensive experience, calm and creative marketing, and resources on standby they were able to help me get my home listed in 2.5 weeks, sold in 24 hours significantly above asking! Why?? Jason and Kylynn have been instrumental in numerous real estate transactions I have had with them in the North Seattle area! They are excellent at pricing, staging and negotiating and they are fun to work with as well!
