KW Greater Seattle is a phenomenal ecosystem of high energy, outrageously great customer service and high quality systems. I've yet to meet an agent that doesn't impress me - I'm proud to be connected to them all. The professional staff of the office is highly trained, super reliable and a pleasure to work with. It comes from the top, with excellent leadership and good humor. The client experience here is elevated simply by being connected to this office. That's a first for me!

When searching for houses in the Seattle area I was matched with Liz Figueroa via Zillow. She walked me through the process of purchasing my first rental/investment property and asked me tons of questions in that first walk through. With each step of the process (and a few homes later), Liz imparted her wisdom without ever inserting her own opinion. She was my guide through this process, but I always felt like it was my decision. Even when our search took us out to the Tacoma area, ultimately — she was there with every walk through, inspection and final closing day! Always, bright, helpful and communicative.
