Working with Brad was a great experience from start to finish. He was always responsive and gave thoughtful, honest feedback whenever we asked for it, which made a big difference in navigating decisions. One of the biggest advantages of working with him was his network. He had strong relationships with landscapers, painters, flooring specialists, and other vendors who all did high-quality work at fair prices. That alone saved a lot of time and stress. We actually moved out of state before the house was listed, and Brad stepped up and took ownership of the entire house prep process. He coordinated everything and kept things moving without us needing to micromanage from afar. He also struck the right balance with the stagers by giving them the space to do their best work. The result was terrific. While we were away, Brad checked on the house daily and kept us updated as things progressed. That level of care and attention gave us a lot of peace of mind. In the end, the results spoke for themselves. We received multiple offers and the home sold well over list. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a better partner.

We cannot imagine how anyone could have done a better job selling our Seattle house. Brad charted a selling strategy that included perfect timing and pricing. He worked with us to determine what updates and repairs were essential, and he helped us find vendors to quickly do the work. Within five days we had multiple offers. Then when our first buyers signed and subsequently backed out less than 24 hours later, Brad navigated what could have been a disastrous situation with total control. Just a few hours later, we had a fully signed contract with a new buyer and retained a significant portion of the first buyer’s earnest money. Brad’s professionalism, judgement, and calm under pressure made all the difference. Now a month after closing, we miss our regular chats and texts with him. We can’t recommend Brad highly enough.

I feel that Brad was wise, expedient, supportive, warm, and, overall, a complete joy to work with. What was unclear to me, he explained patiently and at length and what I could not quite see, he made apparent. His expertise and sensitiviy proved invaluable in a sale that was fraught with unforeseen complications. Then, as I asked him to believe with me that the unit would sell, he provided the perfect kind of encouragement, right in the middle of hope and realism. From the start on to the staging process, the showings, and the successful closing everything Brad suggested and executed was perfect. In a nutshell, Brad is just as good as it gets in his profession. I recommend his services enthusiastically and without reservations.
