I bought a new home using this team and I couldn't have asked for better. Then they got my old home set up, showed and sold in about six days. If Vicki and Chandra aren't your agents, then you are sorely missing out on the best. Two of the greatest people with amazing, upbeat attitudes. And some of the friendliest people there are. I would highly recommend this realty team.

Unfortunately I bought a new house and sold my prior one with an agent from this company. The prior house was an easy sell because it’s my practice to take care of my possessions, and I had nine years there to create a wonderful garden. The purchase started out well, and I thought I’d made a new friend. We talked about my daughter who was diagnosed with cancer a week after the purchase closed, we talked about his Mom and her health, and it turned out to be fake. His advice to accept the sellers’ inspection report was really bad. Appliances turned out to be broken; the sellers left me with a pile of junk to get rid of, the main refrigerator freezer leaks; a stove in the ADU is inoperable; the dryer is on its last legs. The sellers’ inspection company, WIN, did not notice that there was no ice bucket in the freezer, the only way to turn off the oven light on the stove was to put your hand into the oven and turn the bulb, or unplug the oven, and that the dryer made a terrible racket at startup. The sellers’ realtor from Windermere has given me minimal help ; she and my realtor are not answering my emails. A comment perception of realtors is that they are interested only in taking the money and running, and that certainly seems to be true for the agents I worked with this time around. It’s too bad and it didn’t need to happen this way. 15 years later I still talk with realtors I’ve employed in the past. I advise clients to stay away from Engel and Volkers, Windermere, and WIN inspection company. They do not support their clients.
