Alex and Kendal are incredible!!! We were first time home buyers and after reviewing a few options for real estate companies to work with, they stuck out to me particularly for Alex's wide knowledge and eager optimism for seeing the potential in areas and the homes within it. As newcomers to the greater Seattle area, Alex and Kendal gave us some sage advice, helped us get acquainted more with the surrounding area, and were very patient in letting us explore our preferences to find our first home. Alex was particularly great at finding some really beautiful homes and neighborhoods that fit our preferences once we figured out what those were. He was also extremely great at communicating and being available to discuss specifics in this very time-sensitive market. In addition to this, Alex and Kendal are extremely nice and wonderful people to work with, and we truly felt supported by them in our home-finding journey, giving us a lot more confidence in the whole process. I'm certain it would have taken us significantly longer to find a great home, and that we wouldn't have learned the area as well as we did to be satisfied with the end result, were it not for the real estate skills of A Home in Seattle. Alex and Kendal came highly recommended by our son and his wife after helping them find their Seattle home about five years ago. We definitely agree - Alex and Kendal are great! I'm an anal-retentive engineer, so I can be a bit needy when it comes to information. They were very patient with me during our year long search for our Washington home, with much of the search taking place remotely from our current home in Central Florida. After countless emails and texts, multiple virtual home tours, and a several in-person home tours, we found our Washington home and couldn't be more pleased. We are excited for this next step in our lives, and owe a huge debt of gratitude to Alex and Kendal for helping guide us through the process.

We reached out to A Home in Seattle on a visit to the city based on their videos on YouTube. We had decided to move from Houston and liked their approach to real estate. From the beginning, Alex was super helpful, and quickly understood our priorities and parameters for a new home. With his help, we were able to conduct our search long distance, with him doing video walk throughs of properties that caught our interest. His experience and knowledge of the market were invaluable in the bid/contract process once we found the home we wanted, and he and Kendal expertly guided us through to closing. They have provided referrals to great resources and have been generous with their support and assistance post-closing as we delayed our move-in over a month while selling our Houston house. All in all, working with Alex and Kendal has been a terrific experience and we would recommend A Home in Seattle to anyone who is seeking one.

Alex and Kendall were great to work with. My wife and I went into our first home buying process together and were recommended by our friends who had hired them as their realtors. The process was so much faster than we had anticipated and found a beautiful home in just the area we were looking for and couldn't be more happy. It was such a quick process but Alex kept us in the loop with the entire timeline with check ins and email updates, he was extremely prompt. After our offer on the house was accepted Kendal stepped in to help us coordinate everything with the mortgage. She was extremely thorough and checked in multiple times to make sure we were hitting the right benchmarks and that we had made the correct payments at the correct time. Home buying is a very exciting and stressful time to be going through for the first time and working with A Home in Seattle was the least stressful part.
