I loved Redfin and their agents until my Henderson experience. I listed my house for sale and was very encouraged by the early interaction. Once the house went up we immediately had an offer. The agent didn’t have time to discuss until about 30 minutes before the offer expired. My wife and I felt rushed and let the offer expire as we did not feel comfortable in the time we had, understanding the market, or fully what the offer was and wasn’t saying. Even got months later we sold it for 30k less than that first offer we let slip. At that point we had switched agents to a different Redfin agent assuming we had just got the one bad apple in the barrel. The next agent helped us relist and let us know when we had an offer. Once we accepted the offer that was basically the last time we heard from the agent. The title company kept us informed of our duties and dates. Are the final signing our agent did not even show up. The seller’s agent didn’t not even show up or offer to show up for the signing to make sure it went well. Luckily nothing went wrong. I loved Redfin. Sold 3 houses with them. But now I will avoid this company at all costs and advise others to do the same.

I had my home listed with The Love Real Estate Group for 12 months, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the lengthy time on the market, there was very little progress or meaningful communication. I voiced my concerns about the lack of effective marketing strategies and the overall approach to selling my home, but I wasn’t offered any new ideas or solutions. Out of frustration, I consulted with other real estate professionals who provided me with more helpful guidance. When I expressed a desire to cancel my listing agreement, I was told I would need to pay a cancellation fee to cover the cost of professional photos—over $1,000—even though the home hadn’t sold. It felt like I was being penalized for wanting to move on. Thankfully, I waited out the contract and did not have to pay the fee in the end, but it was a difficult and stressful experience. I would strongly encourage homeowners to carefully review their contracts and look out for any administrative or cancellation fees that could make it difficult to exit a listing agreement. In my opinion, a good real estate company stands by the quality of their service and is willing to release a client who isn’t satisfied. I’ve since learned that there are many realtors out there who go above and beyond—offering professional photos, open houses, and strong marketing—without locking you into a contract if you're not happy. Learn from my experience and choose your representation wisely.

Redfin keeps you up to date with new listings. They have great pictures. Prices are way too high for homes though in WA. I don't see how people can afford homes today. Sad.
