I have purchased and sold a home with Michael Delgais. While I imagine most real estate agents do a fine job, I would not hire anyone before Michael. His assessments and professional advice are spot on, and I felt like was in the best possible hands even when the process hit some unexpected speed bumps. If you want to get the best deal and fit for you as either a buyer or seller, hire Michael and his team now.

Michael was very well prepared and gave us a comprehensive analysis of what we should list our house at. He assisted us right through the entire sale and closing and was always very responsive when we had questions or inquiries. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering a realtor in our area.

We worked with Heidi & her group regarding selling my mom’s Sun City Summerlin house. She made us feel so comfortable - we knew we were in good hands right from our first meeting with her. Heidi and her team recently helped us sell our mother's house in Summerlin in Las Vegas NV. They were absolutely wonderful, from the first phone call to inquire about the company and the process to the actual closing. Every single concern was addressed. And everyone was super friendly. Most importantly, Heidi and her team were there for us when we weren't able to be there ourselves. (We live out of state.) She arranged for an estate sale which went well. And oversaw all aspects of needed maintenance including contacting and scheduling with service people. That was a huge help! Communication was top notch. I could always reach Heidi, anytime I ever needed. And she kept us in the loop with frequent calls and emails including market reports and comparatives. Selling my home in Sun City-a job made so much easier with the help of Home Realty Center! Especially since I had to be out-of-state Heidi and her office were there to make all go smoothly. So yes very happy with outcome and definitely recommend Home Realty Center.
