His attention to detail and proactive communication—from day one to closing—far exceeded my expectations. Not only did he take excellent care of my sellers, but he also kept me in the loop every step of the way. Jeff has set the bar high, and I’ll confidently be sending all my Vegas business to the Lori Ballen Team. I wish more Realtors had their level of professionalism and dedication!

Our agent Krista Porter did an awesome job helping us to find our dream home. I loved working with her because she is a very friendly person ready to listen, do the research and fight for you even though the housing market is “seller’s market”. I loved the fact that she didn’t show us houses that were out of our budget the way other agents like to do. Krista was always quick to schedule appointments and write offers if needed. Overall a great experience and I would recommend her to any of my friends if they will need a realtor. Thank you Krista, you are awesome.

We contacted Krista Porter from the Lori Ballen Team to help us sell our father's home. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Krista was communicative and professional throughout the entire process. She had the home under contract within 3 days at a great price! She was patient and answered all of our questions. She was also fun to work with! I could not recommend her more!

Krista has been the best realtor we have dealt with in our 25 + years of home ownership. She is very professional, she has a can-do attitude and is excellent at problem solving. We had a complicated transaction and we were able to close on our dream home thanks to Krista. I don't believe another realtor would have been able to complete our transaction and we would have lost our dream home. She is excellent in communicating and works well with everyone to get the deal done. Krista is proactive and very responsive. She is a great resource and treated us as if we were family. My husband and I just closed a transaction with Krista Porter of the Lori Ballen Team and have nothing but praise for her. She is totally professional and there for you during the entire process every step of the journey. We were always well informed of everything we needed to know in advance. Whatever we asked Krista to do she complied with 100%. Krista is not only professional and knowledgeable but super sweet, kind and has unlimited patience.
