My wife and I moved down to Las Vegas from Utah for school and we were nervous about trying to look at houses in an area that was far away and that we new nothing about. Tyson however did a great job of finding many options that fit our budget and what we were looking for. He went above and beyond with virtual walk throughs just a few hours after we found places online we wanted to see. He accommodated all our scheduling needs when we came down to look in person. He helped us feel knowledgeable and confident when we were able to close on buying our first house. We will definitely be sure to look him up when we go to sell our house when we are done with school here. Tyson is the best!

We are so fortunate to have had Tyson's help with a recent transaction. Tyson was a rare find in this real estate market. He took the time to learn exactly what we required in a home and used that information to format a solution. Once he found a home in our budget and location he went to work with the selling agent to negotiate on our behalf. Ultimately, because of this necessary communication our offer was accepted over multiple others. He was thorough and up to date during the entire process. I am relieved we found the right realtor in a challenging market and was 100% satisfied from offer to close.

Tyson helped me buy my first home and made it a easy and simple process. He answered any and all questions I had and made me feel comfortable with my first home purchase. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
