I am very pleased to have worked with Leslie. She is a very knowledgeable, skilled, proficient and Professional realtor. She returns calls immediately and keeps you informed throughout the process. Having not purchased a new home in while, she went thru the house buying step by step and insures all bases are covered. I highly recommend her as she is very qualified and accomplished Realtor. She met with us to show houses on short notice and was quick to get all the paperwork issues resolved with the seller. On my first contact with her, she already sent me a listing of the area I was interested in to buy. And quick to meet us to show several homes and on several occasions. Even with a difficult seller, she was able to get all the questions answered and the paperwork organized for us till closing. She made my wife and I feel like we were her ONLY Clients!! When my husband and I decided to list our two properties in Las Vegas, I conducted extensive research to find the very best real estate agent, for our needs. Our properties consisted of two custom homes on large 1+ acre lots, so I knew pricing and marketing these homes would be a challenge. We are so thankful to have found Leslie Hoke. In a day and age where professionals in the service industry never seem to answer their phones or return calls, Leslie was a breath of fresh air, as she promptly responded to my initial call, and was always available during the entire selling process. I was especially impressed by the fact that when you hire Leslie, you get Leslie; she does not hand you off to a "team member" within the company, after landing the listing. Once the listing agreement was signed, Leslie had the photographers scheduled within days and our listing went live within the week. Everything went smoothly, with both sales completed in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend hiring Leslie for your real estate needs.
