Jen is so knowledgable in all things home buying process, looking for homes, and helping after the papers are signed. As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and Jen had answers before we even knew the questions to asked. Verve Realty and specifically Felicia were amazing. Felicia was incredibly responsive- in most cases responding in literal minutes to requests from me, the bank, and title company. She followed up to ensure that items not even on her checklist were accomplished on time for a very fast close. I highly recommend her to buyers or sellers. She’s fantastic.
