Working with Josh and the Victory Home Team for the purchase of our home was a great experience all around. As a second-time home-buyer, the level of care and knowledge Josh and the team provide is great and readily apparent. From the first time meeting with Josh through closing, it was clear that our priorities and desires were paid attention to, and they care deeply about making this a great experience. Communication was timely and attentive throughout, and Josh did great work coordinating everything and working closely with us, the seller, and the lender. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh and the Victory Home Team to any prospective home-buyers or sellers.

Josh was an absolutely fantastic realtor to work with from start to finish. He and his team worked extremely fast to help us sell our house in record time to meet a tight contingency window for the purchase of our new home. Their marketing was outstanding. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond to help with all aspects of the sale and purchase of our homes, thoroughly answered all questions and was easy to reach anytime we needed him.
