Mike Seebinger and his team helped my mother sell her condo recently and the whole experience was A+. Mike and his team helped with all aspects of the sales process, including coordinating repairs and painting, photos, inspections, and dealing with the condo association. We were able to get an offer within days of the condo being listed and closed on the deal in about 30 from the original listing date! A great experience all around and I would highly recommend Mike and his team if you are buying or selling in the Twin Cities.

Kris continued to do an excellent job in helping us navigate and secure our new home. He was our realtor a handful of years ago and we picked up right where we left off. He is a terrific communicator and answered every question of ours along the way. We appreciated how knowledgeable he was in both the area we were selling and where we wanted to buy. Mike and his crew are pretty much family at this point! Professionalism at its finest!! When we were looking to buy a home 4 years ago, Mike took us through the process step by step. He is not pushy or pressuring. In fact, a few times he suggested moving on even though that could have cost him money because he is more concerned with the people he is working for than making a quick buck. 4 years later, when we were relocated to a different state, Mike and his folks ran point for us. From 1st posting until final sale was only 1.5 months..all while we are in a whole different state! Mike was there for us literally the whole time! If you need a trustworthy person to buy or sell.. or buy then sell, DRG is the place to go! Seriously, stop looking now and call this man!!!

Kris was so easy to work with. He quickly figured out what I was looking for in a condo, answered all of my questions, wrote a great offer, and was very responsive. He was honest, professional, and overall fantastic to work with. I would definitely work with him again!

Mike S. was amazing to work with through the entire selling process. He provided suggestions when needed and his communication was great which made things easy. We wouldn’t have sold our house as quickly as we did without Mike and his team.
