My partner and I are first time home buyers and our experience with Francesco was the best we could have asked for! From our first home tour all the way to closing, he was very invested in us learning about the homes we viewed and helped us spot green and red flags based on our wants and needs. He was an excellent guide through this time of learning as he himself is very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. On top of all that, he was super fun to work with! If we could somehow give him a six out of five stars, we absolutely would.

Sold a home in South Minneapolis near the Minnehaha Creek, the KILT team were exceptional. They managed the design, painting and preparation for selling. We signed the contract and forgot about the place. Francesco sold the home for more than we expected and could not be happier. He also help us buy our new home in Plymouth which was just as smooth a process. Without him not certain we could have figured it all out. Being self employed it can be tricky, he knew exactly who to set us up with and we closed in 30 days. Could not have been happier with KILT, a great team of experts.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Francesco and KILT Real Estate Group! We worked mostly remotely with Francesco to find a condo in the Twin Cities area. His responses to our communications were always quick, informative, and professional. Francesco personally looked at properties on our behalf -- and gave us virtual tours if we couldn't be in town to see things in person. We ended up putting an offer down on a lovely condo after a virtual tour with Francesco. He had organized this tour immediately after we showed interest — which just happened to be one day before the unit's open house. After our virtual tour, we quickly worked with Francesco to make an offer on the unit. The offer was accepted (and the open house was canceled). We are excited about our new condo and are indebted to Francesco for his professionalism, quick responses, and dedication to his clients. It was awesome to work with Francesco.
