I am pleased to share my 5 star review of Homestead Road. I was tasked with selling the home my parents bought 48 years ago and the amount of time, effort, and money I would have had to put into repairs, cleaning, and upgrades felt impossible. I had three companies come to the house to talk with me about their as-is buying process and make offers. The offers ranged 59k with the Homestead Road offer being the highest. The entire process was easy and working with Blake was a breeze. He was friendly, responsive, and transparent. There was honestly not a single hiccup throughout the process. I would highly recommend Homestead Road to anyone in a similar situation.

I am very glad we contacted Homestead Road when my parents needed to sell their house quickly. They did not want to deal with repairs, showings, or tons of paperwork. Homestead Road made selling their home so simple. Blake was our agent, and he was great to work with. He was able to meet with us very soon after our initial call. He immediately put us at ease and explained the entire process in a way that was clear and understandable. He showed compassion for my parents' situation, was non-judgmental, and we never felt any pressure. Blake kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process, and he was very responsive any time we had any questions. He was flexible in setting a closing date that worked for our situation, and he took care of all the details for us. The entire process was simpler and smoother than I could have imagined. My parents were treated with kindness during a very stressful situation, and they received a price for their home that we were all comfortable with. Very disappointed. They offered me a cash offer of what I paid for the house 22 years ago. The house needs some updates but they figured about $25,000 worth and yet they offered me half of what the house is actually worth. Be careful! My house appraised by the bank at 425k And their cash offer was 218k - Paid 240K in 2004 and have made lots of improvements.. Not happy.

We had a great experience working with our realtor Heidi Priebe when we sold our dad's house in Florida while we were in Minnesota. Communication was excellent—she always got back to us right away whenever we left a message. She did a fantastic job pricing the home appropriately for the area market, which really made a difference.
